Shipping Policy
We process and ship orders on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders for in-stock items are dispatched the same business day or the next business day after payment is confirmed.
Orders containing items not currently in stock require additional processing time before shipment.

In-stock items:
• Dispatch: Same day or next business day
• Delivery time: 1–2 business days after dispatch
If not in stock:
• Delivery time: 1–2 business weeks
🇪🇺 European Union
In-stock items:
• Dispatch: Same day or next business day
• Delivery time: 3–5 business days after dispatch
If not in stock:
• Delivery time: 1–2 business weeks
📍 Shipping Information
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier performance, and external factors.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or high-volume periods.
Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier.
🏠 Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may not be eligible for a refund.
📦 Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order appears lost or excessively delayed, please contact us so we can assist in investigating the issue with the carrier.
